The traditional hike up to the top of Sněžka will start, like every year, in Pec pod Sněžkou on 10th August, with a mass held at the top of the country’s highest mountain.

The Battle of Kłodzko Fortress is an annual historical reenactment organized on the grounds of the Kłodzko Fortress, which takes viewers back to the Napoleonic Wars. The event brings together reenactment groups from Poland and Europe, presenting the fights, drills and camp life of soldiers from the 18th and 19th centuries. The main attraction is a spectacular reenactment of the battle, during which participants reenact historical clashes using black powder weapons and cannons. The event also offers historical workshops, craft shows and the opportunity to visit the Kłodzko Fortress in a unique atmosphere.
