The Fair on the border is a traditional event in the form of an antique market taking place annually since 2008 at the former border crossing of Chałupki – Bohumín.
Here, collectors from across Poland and the Czech Republic install their stands, as well as craftspeople offering their products. Also local residents who want to get rid of unnecessary but valuable things such as porcelain, home appliances or furniture take part in the event. The Fair takes place on two Sundays a year - in May and September. No fees are collected and the fair lasts from early morning to late afternoon. The Fair on the border enjoys the great interest of exhibitors, viewers and buyers alike, with thousands coming to Chałupki each time.
