One of the most beautiful gothic castles in the Czech Republic, founded in the mid-14th century by Beneš of Vartemberg.
Historical interiors with the Kinský family portraits, renaissance kitchen with authentic equipment, a hunger cell, an exhibition of antique weapons. A romantic walk through the Plakánek Valley. Despite numerous alterations, the original silhouette has been preserved. Its dominating elements are a rectangular Bílá Věž (White Tower”) and a smaller one, Lidomorka tower. Also, the castle complex comprises the original palace, a renaissance Bibrštejnski palace constructed later in time, as well as Lobkovicki palace.
